I really liked all the intersecting right angles in this shot. I also liked the way there are no wires leading away from the closest pole. End of the line.

Don't Leave Home Without It.

I'm starting to carry my camera with me to work more often. It has always been fun to look at something that would be an interesting image and walk around it looking for the best angle and how shadows and light transform it. I find this process especially relaxing after a shift in the kitchen. This is a shot of the roof of a bus terminal.

The Fine line Between Church And Education

As with most communities in Quebec, where you find a school, there is a church right next door. In the first half of the last century the two were not easy to separate for Catholics. This image was shot on De L'Eglise street.

Cenobite Wall

I went out the other day and had to take the metro to a section of the city I don't get to often, so I took the camera along for the ride. This building caught my eye from a block away. The entire wall was coated in yellow insulating foam with metal pinions sticking out. I am assuming from the spacing that the exterior will be redone in cinder block. I picked the right day to stroll by for an interesting photo.

Street Shots

I like going for walks and doing some street shots. You can think stuff through while strolling and get some OK pictures depending on the light and time of day. This guy is lit up most of the day with good light, so he is always a tempting subject.
